At Fright-Rags, we want you to be completely thrilled with your horror apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; please ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition to qualify.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
